We stand behind every cooler we make. Here's exactly what's covered and how to get help if you ever need it.
✅ What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- We will repair or replace the defective product — or provide a comparable replacement if the product has been discontinued — at no charge to you.
❌ What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading, minor scuffs, or zipper wear from regular use).
- Damage from misuse, improper care, or exceeding recommended limits (e.g., standing on the cooler, using it as a step stool, overloading beyond the seated weight limit, or sitting on it while attached to the trolley).
- Damage from accidents, impacts, extreme heat or cold exposure beyond normal outdoor use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
- Loss of ice retention or cooling performance due to normal use or lack of proper pre-chilling or packing.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
📦 How to Make a Claim
- Contact us at our contact page with:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Photos of the issue and the product.
- A description of how the product was being used.
- We'll review your claim promptly — usually within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. You may need to ship the product back to us — we'll provide instructions and may cover return shipping for valid claims.
Important Notes
- This is a limited warranty and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable.
- Warranty claims must include valid proof of purchase.
- Improper use voids the warranty.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable state or federal law.
