We do not reimburse your return shipping costs. We guarantee our Coolest Coolers® and Coolest Trolleys® to be free of defects in material or workmanship for 5 years from date of purchase. Our warranty excludes normal wear and tear due to use. Warranty claims must include a valid receipt. Improper use of products voids warranty. Do not stand on cooler seats or exceed seated weight limit and do not sit on coolers while they are attached to the trolley. If your product has been discontinued but it is eligible for warranty, we will provide an alternate product as close to your original as possible.
