Refund policy

We strive to provide high quality affordable products with features you will enjoy for years.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. We do not reimburse for return shipping.

When assessing the capacity and ice retention please follow the For Best Results instructions listed on the product hangtag and website to get the best use of your cooler.  If you purchase multiple items such as the 18 Can Coolest Cooler® along with the 32 Can Coolest Cooler® and Coolest Trolley® as a set and are unhappy with a particular item please contact us for return or exchange of that item rather than returning the entire set.

Please also follow the Coolest Trolley® Setup & Use instructions so you do not damage the product.  Should damage occur due to improper setup or use during the first 60 days of use don't worry.  We've got you covered with free replacement parts!  No need to return the entire product.  Just let us know the issue so we can provide a replacement part.
